The First Nations Capital and Infrastructure Agency of Saskatchewan (FNCIAS) is pleased to announce the release of its second annual report, detailing accomplishments during the 2022-2023 fiscal year and further detailing the organization’s corporate overview, vision, mission, values, governance structure, membership, and road map and engagement process.
“The release of the second annual report marks a significant milestone for FNCIAS, reflecting on past successes and outlining a plan of action for future initiatives,” stated Drew Pearson, FNCIAS CEO. “We look forward to the year ahead as the organization continues to develop and the Funding Gap Analysis work progresses with more member Nations and the creation of First Nation Development Plans by members.”
The annual report highlights several key achievements and initiatives including progress on the Funding Gap Analysis and Pilot Assessments, the second annual fall conference, progress on ongoing engagement and feedback in developing the organization’s transformation opportunity and Institutional Development Plan, internal capacity building and institutional development, and increased communication channels and infrastructure.
